  • Please note that all SALE items are “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • For all other items, you may ask for a Return Authorization no later than 10 days after receipt of your parcel
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please place a new order. The original item must be returned by mail, subject to an applicable fee.
  • How to return an item:

    • You will receive a confirmation email containing a prepaid return label – please read and follow the instructions for return
    • Note that there is a $10 shipping charge for returns
    • Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your credit card as follows:
      • If your original order was under $100, we refund the purchase price, less the $10 return fee.
      • If your original order was over $100 and the return lowers it to below $100, we refund the purchase price less the $10 return fee, as well as $10 for original shipping fee, for a total fee of $20.
